Avine’s recipe: Pavlova

A beautiful, delicate dessert with a mix of flavors that will enchant everyone, just like the dance of the ballerina who is honored with this delicious pie, Anna Pavlova. Write down the ingredients, how to make it and be amazed:

Ingredients:

– 210g of Avine Just Egg Whites

– 1 pinch of salt

– 335 grams of sugar

– 2 teaspoons of cornstarch

– 1 teaspoon of white vinegar

– Vanilla essence

– 700 grams of tropical fruits

– icing sugar for sprinkling

– 3 tablespoons of regular sugar

– 1 can of cream without serum

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 150ยบC.

2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

3. Gradually add the sugar, beating well with each spoonful. The mixture should be very thick and glossy.

4. Add the vanilla, starch and vinegar.

5. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Make a circle with the dough about 24cm in diameter. Fill the middle with the cream until it covers all the space and leaves a base layer.

6. Place a larger amount of dough on the sides, so that they are slightly higher. If you like, draw textures on the sides with a fork.

7. Place in the oven and bake at the lowest temperature for 1 hour. Then turn off the oven and
leave the meringue until it cools, for at least 6 hours.

8. For the whipped cream, beat the sugar and egg whites until stiff peaks form.

9. Spread the whipped cream over the meringue and top with fruit.
