Avine celebrates 30 years of history

News

Avine has been in business for 30 years and produces an average of 2,000,000 eggs a day, combining technology and quality throughout the entire value chain in which it operates.

It all starts with producing our own feed in-house, a step that ensures superior quality for our eggs. Furthermore, each egg produced is dated and traceable, undergoes crack assessment, grading and packaging, before it is delivered to our partner buyers.

The diversity of our products includes seven lines, including eggs from cage-free hens, eggs enriched with omega-3, free-range eggs, Extra and Jumbo eggs. Our aim is to offer nutritional solutions through our eggs for all stages of our consumers’ lives.

Present from Bahia to the far north of the country, Avine has its own subscription club called “Avine em Casa”, and is a pioneer in delivering eggs to the customer’s address. The creation of the service was driven by the changing habits of Brazilians and stimulated by the growth of the subscription service in the COVID-19 pandemic. The company celebrates commemorative dates together with its customers by printing messages on the eggs related to the day, as a way of communicating with its customers and maintaining proximity with those who consume the products.

Avine also supports several social projects such as Obra Lumem, Centro Paralímpico Edivaldo Prado and O Pequeno Nazareno, with the aim of contributing to the well-being and social development of Ceará. The company has the Certified Humane animal welfare seal for cage-free eggs, awarded by Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC), a non-profit organization operating in Latin America through the Certified Humane Brazil Institute, whose mission is to monitor compliance with requirements that ensure animal welfare.

“We are attentive to the profile of consumers and what they are looking for to meet their needs. That’s why Avine has been concerned with offering a mix that suits the different moments in the lives of our public throughout its years of activity, with the safety of the quality and technology we have adopted, such as the expiry date information that is printed on our eggs, being paramount.”,

As our CEO accurately describes the company.
