Just Egg Yolks is filtered before being pasteurized, eliminating the membrane and chalaza present in the fresh egg. These parts of the egg are known to leave some recipes with an unwanted “egg smell”.

Shelf life: 365 days kept at a temperature between -20ºC and -18ºC. After opening, consume within 24 hours.

Conversion:
1 egg yolk of an average shell egg is equivalent to 15g of our pasteurized egg yolk.
